Account & Registration

Creating a wdboos account is quick and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the website, then fill in the form with your full name, phone number, email address and password. Once submitted, verify your phone number using the OTP code sent via SMS. Next, complete the KYC process by uploading a photo of your Malaysia identity card (MyKad). Once verification is done, your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit.

The minimum age to register and use the wdboos platform is 18 years old. This is a mandatory legal requirement. All users must submit a valid identity document during the KYC process to confirm their age. Any account found to belong to an individual under 18 years old will be suspended immediately and any balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at wdboos. Our system uses KYC verification to detect duplicate registrations based on identity card number, phone number and IP address. If you hold more than one account, all accounts will be blocked and balances may be forfeited. Some details such as your phone number and email address can be updated through your account settings after a security verification. However, your full name and date of birth linked to your KYC documents cannot be changed on your own — you will need to contact customer support and submit valid supporting documents. Deposits & Withdrawals

wdboos accepts a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia including FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and others) as well as cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum). Wagering requirement or rollover is the minimum amount you need to wager using bonus funds before you can withdraw them. For example, if the rollover is 10x and you receive a RM100 bonus, you need to place bets totaling at least RM1,000 before you can withdraw those bonus funds.
